You can book with confidence for IGNITE at Polesden Lacey. Come along knowing that the safety and well-being of our visitors is of the utmost importance to us and we are continually monitoring and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic situation as it evolves.

We ask that you respect all other trail visitors and members of staff when on site. Please take note of the following measures in place for your trail visit:

NHS Test and Trace

QR codes will be displayed at multiple locations on the trail, please register using the NHS app.

Rule of 6

In accordance with current guidelines visitors should stay within groups of no more than six. (unless you are a household group or a support bubble).

Social Distancing

Please follow the social distancing guidelines at all times.

Face Coverings

Face coverings are compulsory indoors and where 2m social distancing is not possible. As a courtesy to others we may request that face coverings are worn at all times.

One Way System

All our trails are in one direction only and visitors are asked to follow the one way system in place.

Reduced Dwell Times

Our light shows have been designed to avoid an unnecessary build up of audiences in one place.

Prebooked Tickets Only

Trail tickets are only available to prebook online.

Contactless Ticket Scanning

To avoid unnecessary handling of tickets, please use our ticket scanners at the trail entrance.

Card Payments Only

To avoid unnecessary cash handling, our vendors will only accept card payments.

No Alcohol

Following latest government guidance no alcohol is permitted on site.

Quick Food and Drink

All food & drink on the trail will be takeaway only.

Hand Hygiene

Hand sanitising stations are located throughout the trail but we also recommend bringing your own.

Increased Cleaning

All our facilities, surfaces and touch points will be cleaned regularly.

COVID-19 Risk Assessment

We have a COVID-19 risk assessment in place and are taking all steps possible to keep you safe.

Our staff are here to help, please respect them and their space whilst they assist you.

We’re Good to Go

COVID-19 industry standards have been met.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the trail, you can transfer your ticket to the following year, or get a refund.

If you have been instructed to isolate due to COVID-19 and are therefore unable to attend, we will do our best to accommodate you into another date once your isolation is complete (a minimum of 15 days after the start date of isolation). If another date is not available a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required. Please only contact us here upon receiving an instruction to isolate.

We also ask that you help us support NHS Test & Trace by downloading the NHS COVID-19 app before you visit and use the QR Codes around the trail to check in throughout your trip.
